1. MANDATORY PASS/FAIL CRITERIA The Bidder or Bidder's agent must provide the following details with documentary evidence.Only bids meeting all Mandatory Criteria will proceed to technical and commercial evaluation.
1.1 The Bidder shall have own office facilities in at least 27 countries of the catchmentarea.The Bidder shall submit APPENDIX “B”-TABLE duly filled with details.
1.2 The bidder shall have a term contract for similar Third-Party Inspection (TPI)services in the last 5 years (2020-2024) with an Oil & Gas / Petrochemical /Fertilizer Companies operating in GCC. The bidder shall furnish documentaryevidence by submitting the details mentioned in Appendix C.Bidder shall include the relevant information in Appendix “C”.

TENDER Description:
The Contractor shall provide the Third Party Inspection services to the Company as and when required as advised from time to time during the term of the contract in accordance with applicable codes standards specifications drawings and the inspection matrix These services will be in line with approved Inspection and Test Plan ITP but are not limited to the following
Assess the cleanliness quality of materials and equipment Visual Inspection and Dimensional checks workmanship defects and cleanliness at manufacturing assembly and testing and storage sites
Electrical equipment tests destructive non-destructive and chemical testing of materials Review Verification and Approval of DocumentationCertifications
Verify the welding procedures welder qualifications general arrangement fabrication coatings material certificates and shop procedures to ensure compliance with specifications drawings and standard industry practices

التحقق من إجراءات اللحام ومؤهلات اللحام والترتيب العام للتصنيع والطلاءات وشهادات المواد وإجراءات الورشة لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والرسومات والممارسات الصناعية القياسية
