Supply of Airfield Ground Lighting Cables and Cables Accessories
The Opportunity
Through this RFP, Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) is seeking proposals from qualified manufacturers and/or suppliers for the supply of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) materials. BAC has specified the required AGL material types and technical requirements within this RFP, and the Bidder is expected to supply the materials in full compliance with the stated specifications. This RFP shall be read carefully, and all requirements must be clearly understood and fully met by the Bidder.
Mandatory Requirements
The Bidders shall meet the mandatory requirements mentioned in BTB’s portal and the tender advertisement to qualify for the financial evaluation.
1. Submission of Technical Data Sheet: the bidder shall submit off all the materials specified in the scope of work.
2. Bidders shall submit complaint certification with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

تسعى Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) من خلال طلب تقديم العروض (RFP) هذا إلى استلام عروض من المصنعين و/أو الموردين المؤهلين لتوريد مواد إنارة أرضيات المطار (AGL).
وقد حددت BAC أنواع المواد المطلوبة والمتطلبات الفنية الخاصة بها ضمن هذا الطلب، ويتعين على مقدم العطاء توريد المواد بما يتوافق بالكامل مع المواصفات المذكورة.
يجب قراءة طلب تقديم العروض بعناية مع ضرورة فهم جميع المتطلبات بوضوح والالتزام بها واستيفائها بالكامل من قبل مقدم العطاء.
المتطلبات الإلزامية
يجب على مقدمي العطاءات استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية المذكورة في بوابة مجلس المناقصات والإعلان الخاص بالمناقصة، وذلك للتأهل للتقييم المالي.
- تقديم أوراق البيانات الفنية (Technical DataSheets): يتعين على مقدم العطاء تقديم أوراقالبيانات الفنية لجميع المواد المحددة ضمن نطاق العمل.
- شهادات المطابقة: يتوجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم شهاداتمطابقة صادرة عن FederalAviation Administration (FAA) أو InternationalCivil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
