Currently Tatweer has several LED screens allocated in various location, a maintenance contract is required to maintain the Outdoor LED, all the TV’s allocated in Tatwee (in CCF, other offices and the Well review room.). Additionally, Maintenance is required for all devices installed in case of breakdown, this contract covers troubleshooting and repairs with parts whenever necessary.
- - Scope of work:
- On call support
- Periodic cleaning 4 times in a year
- Reserve additional spare parts for LED lamps, Power supply, Receiving cards, Data & Power cables.
- Repair, replacement, maintain the screen, preventing checkups.
Software upgrades or reinstallation
,Vender shall to consider the following to meet business needs:
1- Bidder has past Implementation References. Evidence to be provided.
2- BiBidder shall confirm by letter to provide a direct support response for hardware and software within minimum three (03) hours.
3- Bidder shall confirm by letter reserve additional spare parts including but not limited to LED lamps, Power supply, Receiving cards, Data & Power cables.
4- Bidder should have minimum of 2 technicians in Bahrain.
