| 1.0 GENERAL MANDATORYCRITERIA |
| | The bidders MUST fulfill the following mandatory criteria and shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria along with the bid. |

| 1.1 | ORGANIZATION AND KEY PERSONNEL:
BIDDERS SHALL submit along with the bid documents the Organization chart, CVs, and proof of employment in the form of Bahrain CPR or National Identity Cards of the personnel. |

| 1.2 | HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT: |
| Bidder must fully comply with the safety standards of BAPCO as defined in “Guide to Safety 2001 Edition”. Bidder must have a qualified and trained NEBOSH or equivalent certified Safety Officer.The bidder shall submit a copy of the Bidder’s EHS Policy and Safety Manual along with his bid. Bapco shall physically verify and ascertain the bidder’s EHS compliance by conducting an audit visit to the bidder’s premises and the bidder who is non-compliant will not be considered for further evaluation of his bid. |
| 1.3 | Bidder must confirm compliance to the full scope of work of the tender with no exceptions. No sub-contracting is acceptable. Bids with deviation from any of these requirements will be rejected. A Confirmation letter to be submitted |
| 1.4 | Bidder must have 5 years previous experience in providing catering services to industries in the past 10 years, major companies, top class restaurants etc. Copies of agreements or purchase orders or work orders or completion certificates or Client letters of reference shall be submitted with the bid as evidence. |
| 1.5 | Technical capabilities, quality, and adequacy of resources of the bidder shall be verified by a panel of Bapco representatives by conducting an audit visit to the bidder’s premises, facilities, labour camps, sites, etc., and document the findings in the form of a report, photographs, etc. Bidders who are not found successfully meeting these requirements will be disqualified. The decision of the panel shall be final and binding in the process of revalidation. A site visit will be conducted only for bidders whomeet all the above mandatory criteria. Consequently, no site visit will be conducted for those who do not meet these criteria. |
