Bapco Refining is offering this tender for the purpose of Procurement of Tramp Air Seals (Heater Bellows). Tramp Air Seals (Heater Bellows) are required to stop the ingress of cold air through the openings around each tube into the Furnace heater box. The ingress of cold air is an added load on the Furnace which leads to reduction in Thermal efficiency of the Furnace. Tramp Air Seals (Heater Bellows) are required to be provided according to the attached technical specifications.

Description:

Mandatory Requirements
· Vendor shall have fabricated and supplied Tramp Air Seals (Heater Bellows) of Furnaces to Licensors like Technip Energies/ Haldor Topsoe/ Any other reputed Licensors for any Petroleum Refinery/ Petroleum Chemical Complex in GCC in the last 5 years.
· Vendor shall provide below list of Credentials meeting the above criteria.
- Client name/ Licensor’s Name.
- Credentials/Purchase Order no. and date.
- Brief Description of item(s) supplied.
- Year of supply.
- Copy of Purchase Order or client’s reference letter.

2. The Seals base ring/collar and sealing element has to be of split type or in two halves tofacilitate installation without cutting the heater tubes. Bellows and Tadpoles are to be splittype.
3. Supply of accessories (Collar, SS wire, bolts, nuts, Sealant etc) required for fixing is part ofthe scope of supply.
4. Vendor shall submit detail drawing quote for each type and size of seal.
5. Vendor shall provide drawings and ITP for approval prior to fabrication.
6. Vendor to submit Material data sheets of the bellows for BAPCO Refining approval prior todispatch of the material.
,7. Vendor shall provide all necessary materials, conformance, Data Sheets, Installation Manualalong with delivery of the Seals.
8. In addition to the above, if vendor has previously not supplied any such similar materials toBAPCO Refining, following requirements also will be evaluated.
A. Company profile (including production capacity & yearly production, facilities, QA/QCcapabilities, manufacturing locations) and Website
B. Product Catalog
C. Any release-note or audit report issued by third party inspection agency for the subjectbusiness evaluation.
D. Reports / Certificates from certifying bodies (DNV, ABS, Lloyds), regulatory bodiesand/or standards organization (ISO, API, ASME, NACE).
E. References List (including within GCC) and/or recent PTR (Proven Track Records) forproposed material.
F. Approvals from major Oil & Gas Companies (including GCC).
G. Proposer’s name and Company.
H. Remarks about Supplier from Proposer. Preferably, Capability assessment reports (i.e.Vendor audit / assessment report)
