The purpose of this RFP is to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified company to provide maintenance & support services including licences for TRA’s internal System namely FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer over a 3 year period.
The Tenderer must comply with the following requirements and in the event of non-compliance the Tender Proposal will be disqualified:
- The Tenderer shall be TRA’s single point of contact for the resolution of all defects on the Hardware
- Provide incident reports for severity 1 defects within 48 hours of resolution.
- Tenderer must be a Fortinet Expert Partner or higher, and will provide the TRA with a partnership letter
- Provide at least three local escalation points of contact from the successful Tenderer’s management that are available 24x7 to assist with any fulfilment concerns
- Conduct quarterly health checks on the production environment, rotating through security and core products in coordination with TRA
- The Tenderer’s team should have minimum 2 engineers certified with Fortinet Network Security Expert NSE Level 4 or above.

- تقديم تقارير الحوادث للعيوب الخطيرة 1 في غضون 48 ساعة من الحل.
- يجب أن يكون العارض شريكًا خبيرًا في Fortinet أو أعلى ، وسيقدم للهيئة خطاب شراكة.
- توفير ما لا يقل عن ثلاث نقاط اتصال محلية للتصعيد من إدارة مقدم العطاء الناجح والمتاحة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع للمساعدة في أي مخاوف تتعلق بالوفاء.
- إجراء فحوصات صحية ربع سنوية على بيئة الإنتاج ، بالتناوب بين المنتجات الأمنية والأساسية بالتنسيق مع هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات.
- يجب أن يكون لدى فريق العارض مهندسين على الأقل معتمدين من قبل خبير أمن شبكات Fortinet NSE المستوى 4 أو أعلى.
