Bahrain Polytechnic is seeking consultancy services and supervision for the refurbishment of Buildings 19 and 6 at Bahrain Polytechnic due to the absence of reliable as-built drawings and the buildings’ deteriorated condition. Over the years, both buildings have undergone numerous internal modifications that were not properly documented, making it difficult to assess the current structural and functional layout. Given their age and the need to meet updated educational and safety standards, a professional consultancy is essential to conduct comprehensive surveys, develop accurate design proposals, and supervise the execution of the works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with institutional needs.
