نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
يشمل النطاق توريد وتسليم أنواع مختلفة من الأشجار بقياسات معينة كما هو محدد في المواصفات وجدول الأسعار. يجب أن تكون أشجار الأنواع المذكورة في مرحلة الحضانة وأن تكون مطابقة للاسم والحجم، ويجب أن تكون الأشجار في حاوية مزروعة في وسط مزيج زراعي معتمد، وأن تكون الأشجار قوية وصحية وذات فروع جيدة وخالية من الأمراض والحشرات الضارة.

متطلبات الزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إعلان الامتثال (Appendix B) وشهادة تحديد السعر المستقل (Appendix C) موقعين ومختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
سيؤدي عدم تقديم أي من المستندات المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.
Scope of Supply:
The Scope includes supply and delivery of various species of trees with an over-all height of 1000mm, container size of 5 ltr and a caliper not less than 5-6mm as specified in the Specifications and Schedule of Rates. The trees of mentioned species must be nursery grown and genuinely true to name and size. The trees shall be container grown in approved planting mix medium such as peat moss and slow released fertilizer. The trees shall be vigorous and healthy having well branches and free from disease and harmful insects infected.
Contract Period:
5 months
Mandatory requirements:
The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix B) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix C) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
