BAC through this RFP is seeking proposals from Bahrain based landscape contractors for the provision of indoor plants supply and installation at BIA. This project aims to enhance the passenger experience at BIA. This project also provides to the successful bidder to have their products capture the glimpse of almost all the visitors and passenger at BIA.
i. The participating bidders must:
- The Bidder should haveexperience in supply and installation of indoor plants.
- The Bidder shalldemonstrate that they have supplied and installed indoor plants to reputedfive start hotels, hotels, malls or in airports etc.
- The Bidder must comply 100%with the technical specifications available in Appendix 1.
- The bidder shall complywith the delivery of all the works not later than 90 days from the date ofIssue of PO or letter of award whichever comes first.
- The bidder shall attend themandatory site visit and confirmation of the same shall be declared in thesubmission.

تبحث شركة مطار البحرين من خلال هذه المناقصة عن عطاءات من شركات محلية متخصصة في الزراعة الداخلية من أجل توفير حلول مثلى لتوفير و غرس نباتات داخلية في مبنى المسافرين بمطار البحرين الدولي. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تحسين تجربة المسافرين.
يجب على المشارك في هذه المناقصة:
- أن يكونلديه خبرة في مجال توفير و غرس النباتات الداخلية.
- أن يكونلديه خبرة متخصصة في مجال توفير النباتات إلى فنادق الخمس نجوم أو المجمعاتالتجارية أو المطارات.
- أنيتوافق مع جميع المواصفات و المتطلبات المبينة في أوراق المناقصة.
- أن يتمتوصيل و تركيب النباتات خلال فترة لا تزيد عن ٩٠ يوماً من تاريخ التعاقد.
- أن يحضرزيارة الموقع التي سيتم تحديدها من قبل شركة مطار البحرين.
