The bidder shall submit all the necessary supporting documents as the evidence of his meeting the Mandatory Criteria stated below. The information required to be submitted in response to this RFP has been determined to be essential for the bid evaluation and award process.
3.1 Bidder must have a minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in providing manpower/labor service in the Kingdom of Bahrain. List of references, copies of agreements/purchase order/work orders/completion certificates shall be submitted with the bid as evidence of the three years’ experience.
3.2 Bidder must have at least ONE (1) existing contract with one of the major companies (client)/Governmental entities (i.e. Government Entities such as Ministries and Authorities, and Governmental companies that are owned by the Government of Kingdom of Bahrain) in the Kingdom of Bahrain for a minimum of two year. List of references, copies of agreements/purchase order/work orders/completion certificates shall be submitted with the bid as evidence of having a contract with such a client.
3.3 Bidder must have a well-established office with at least Field Supervisors, Accountant. As well as office staff to manage the HR for ensuring the management of administration and Payroll related activities and receive calls and email facilities. The availability of these resources shall be verified by submitting all the related CV’s.
3.4 Tazweed reserve the right to access the financial soundness of the bidder regardless of whether the bidder is already in Tazweed approved vendor list or not. The bidder shall submit Audited Company Financial report. This assessment shall be carried out based on the audited financial report of PREVIOUS TWO YEAR.
