The objective of this contract is to provide two (2) full-time software developers for a period of two (2) years to support the implementation and ongoing development of the Ministry of Health’s Human Genome Project. The required resources shall include one .NET Developer responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications and related systems, and one Artificial Intelligence Integration Developer responsible for integrating AI technologies, automation capabilities, and intelligent solutions with existing platforms and workflows. The engagement aims to ensure continuous technical support, efficient system development, seamless integration of advanced technologies, and the successful achievement of the project’s strategic objectives throughout the contract period.

Mandatory Requirements:

1.      The company should be involved in outsourcing recruitment projects in relation to similar business activities for at least 3 years.

2.      For the .Net Developer; the candidates must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of senior-level experience .NET development.

3.      For the AI Integration Developer; the candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, predictive models, automation systems) in addition to holding AWS AI/ML Certification (Machine Learning – Specialty preferred) with a proficiency in Python.

يهدف هذا التعاقد إلى توفير عدد (2) من المطورين المتخصصين للعمل بدوام كامل لمدة سنتين ضمن مشروع الجينوم البشري التابع لوزارة الصحة، وذلك لدعم عمليات التطوير التقني والتحول الرقمي للمشروع. يشمل نطاق العمل توفير مطور تطبيقات بتقنيات .NET لتطوير وصيانة الأنظمة والتطبيقات ذات الصلة، بالإضافة إلى مطور متخصص في تكامل حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي لتصميم ودمج التقنيات الذكية مع الأنظمة القائمة، بما يضمن تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحسين إدارة البيانات ودعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمشروع خلال فترة التنفيذ التعاقدية.

المتطلبات الإلزامية :

1.      يجب أن تكون الشركة مشاركة في مشاريع التوظيف الخارجية المتعلقة بأنشطة تجارية مماثلة لمدة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.

2.      بالنسبة لمطور .Net؛ يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين على مستوى متقدم في تطوير .NET

3.      بالنسبة لمطور تكامل الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين شهادة بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة، مع خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في تطوير ونشر حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي )مثل روبوتات الدردشة، النماذج التنبؤية، أنظمة الأتمتة( بالإضافة إلى حصولهم على شهادة من AWS AI/ML  ( يفضل تخصص التعلم الآلي) مع إتقان في بايثون.
