- Manpower for T&I / Shutdown Work:
The provision of skilled workforce experienced in the execution of refinery process plant shutdowns for the maintenance of oil refinery or petrochemical plant static equipment, including but not limited to reactors, columns, vessels, drums, fired heaters, heat exchangers and piping during plant shutdowns in the Company.
- Manpower for Routine Plant Maintenance Services:
The provision of skilled and experienced manpower to supplement Company workforce in Plant Maintenance Dept. and Maintenance Services Dept. engaged in routine maintenance activities. The Applicant shall provide skilled personnel experienced in the maintenance of oil refinery or petrochemical process units with applicable tools, plant, equipment and supervision to work on “as and when required” basis. The Company may extend the scope of this service to include working for other departments or sections as required.
- Tools, Equipment & Facilities:
The provision of extensive workshop facilities for fabrication and repair works related to refinery process plant shutdowns. The workshop shall have all necessary API and / or ASME certifications for the manufacture and repair of pressure vessels and piping.

توفير القوى العاملة الماهرة من ذوي الخبرة في تنفيذ عمليات صيانة إيقاف الوحدات لمصفاة التكرير نفط أو المعدات الثابتة لمصانع البتروكيماويات، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المفاعلات والأعمدة والأوعية والبراميل والسخانات والمبادلات الحرارية والأنابيب أثناء إغلاق المصنع في الشركة.
- توفير القوى العاملة لخدمات صيانة الوحدات الروتينية:
توفير القوى العاملة الماهرة وذات الخبرة لتكملة القوى العاملة في الشركة في قسم صيانة المصنع وإدارة خدمات الصيانة المشاركة في أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية. يجب على مقدم الطلب توفير موظفين مهرة من ذوي الخبرة في صيانة مصفاة النفط أو وحدات المعالجة البتروكيماوية مع الأدوات والآلات والمعدات والإشراف المعمول بها للعمل على أساس "عند الاقتضاء". يجوز للشركة توسيع نطاق هذه الخدمة لتشمل العمل في الإدارات أو الأقسام الأخرى كما هو مطلوب.
- توفير الأدوات والمعدات والمرافق:
توفير مرافق ورشة عمل واسعة النطاق لأعمال التصنيع والإصلاح المتعلقة بصيانة إيقاف الوحدات عمليات التكرير. يجب أن يكون لدى الورشة جميع شهادات API و / أو ASME اللازمة لتصنيع وإصلاح أوعية الضغط والأنابيب.
