Gulf Air intends to add 3D VR cabin & seats maps to Gulf Air’s digital touchpoints with the requirements listed in Appendix A of this RFT. In addition, we aim to enhance the customer experience on Gulf Air's digital channels and provide the customer with a better view of our cabins to encourage them to experience our cabins virtually before booking online.
The 3D VR cabin & seats maps should be integrated as listed below:
1. In a dedicated page on Gulf Air's website & Mobile apps (iOS, Android & Huawei)
2. During the booking flow - The integration should enable a connection between static seat map and 3D VR seat map on the booking flow to read seat selection on the static map, and the 3D map view will reflect the same, or vice versa. The provider must provide the required integration script / API or other feasible means for all mentioned platforms (Web, mobile web, and Native Mobile App iOS and Android).
The purpose of this tender is to procure 3D VR cabin & seats maps for implementation and support on Gulf Air’s digital touchpoints for a contract period of three (3) years.

Knock Out Criteria:
*** Suppliers who do not provide information in the attached response excel sheet will be disqualified for any missing information
The supplier must comply with the below 6 knock out criteria points:
1. Supplier to have a support point of contact in the Middle East or Europe region, by providing a supporting document to confirm that. (failure to provide evidence will be knocked out)
2. The vendor must confirm that they accept all the proposed terms and conditions in Appendix D Proposed Contract Terms and Conditions
3. To have previously successfully implemented at least one similar implementation of the solution to another airline. The details for the client should be shared with Gulf Air as below
a. Airline name
b. Project duration
c. URLs to the live implemented projects.
4. The vendor should provide a URL of a Hi-definition, photo-realistic quality of the material and fabric 3D VR cabin of jobs already done by the vendor or in progress.
5. The vendor must confirm that the solution is built by web technologies, which means that it does not require the users to install any plugins to their browser to view the 3D VR maps in all touchpoints.
6. The vendor should accept the mandatory scope of work in part 2 by confirming the acceptance in the attached excel sheet
