Knock-out Criteria:
- Any proposal that is not matching with Mandatory Technical specification as below will be excluded from evaluation:

o Supplier must comply with below desktops specification mentioned in Appendix B.1
o Supplier must comply with below laptops specification mentioned in Appendix B.2
o Supplier must comply with below monitors specification mentioned in Appendix B.3
- Desktop, Monitors and Laptop models to be proposed with proof that it is designed for business use.
- The vendor must be an authorized reseller for the proposed product and should submit a copy of Certificate of authorized reseller or equivalent proof.
- Provide minimum 2 engineers/technicians to load the desktops and laptops with Gulf Air standard OS image.
