تصدر وزارة شؤون البلديات والتخطيط العمراني استبيان التأهيل المسبق هذا للمتقدمين المهتمين بالعمل كمطور أو تشكيل اتحاد مطورين للمشاركة في مشروع معالجة النفايات عبر الحرق في مملكة البحرين.
وتهدف المحطة إلى معالجة النفايات المناسبة داخل مملكة البحرين لتعمل على مدى 25 عاما كحد أدنى مع قدرة قصوى على استقبال النفايات تبلغ 1,306,510 طن سنويا.
وتتمثل المخرجات من المصنع في الكهرباء، التي يتم تغذيتها في الشبكة الوطنية من خلال اتفاقية شراء الطاقة، ورماد قاع المحرقة وغاز المداخن، والمواد القابلة لإعادة التدوير. سيطلب من مقدم العطاء تطوير حل لإدارة المواد الناتجة.
وستشمل مراحل المشروع ما يلي:
1. تطوير المصنع وتمويله وهندسته ومشترياته وبنائه واختباره وتشغيله وضمانه؛ و
2. قبل وبعد بدء التشغيل ، التأمين وتشغيل وصيانة المصنع.
The Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning is issuing this Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) to Applicants interested in acting as a developer or forming a developer consortium to participate in the Waste Treatment Project with Incineration in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Plant is for the treatment of suitable waste streams within the Kingdom of Bahrain and operated over a minimum period of 25 years with a maximum design input capacity of 1,306,510 tonnes per annum.
The Plant’s intended outputs are electricity, fed into the national grid through power purchase agreement, incinerator bottom ash and flue gas, and recyclable materials. The bidder will be required to develop a solution for the management of the output materials.
The project stages will comprise:
· The development, financing, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning and warranty of the Plant; and
· From and after commissioning, the insurance, operation and maintenance of the Plant.
