The Bapco Refining is looking to publish a tender for the Supply of Blast Resistant Module (BRM) Portacabins. These specialized modules are essential for ensuring safe and efficient maintenance execution and startup operations within the Bapco Modernization Project units.

,Mandatory Criteria
The Bidder shall provide the following documents:

The Bidder shall provide documentary evidence that the manufacturer has experience of supplying Blast resistant containers to Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry during last five (5) years.
Documentary evidence shall be provided to substantiate the above requirement, and the Bidder shall submit along with the Bid document, client letters of reference, or copies of Purchase Orders/Agreements, or job completion certificates issued for such supplies executed.
2.A sample Dynamic blast analysis report for the building shall be provided, performed using single degree of freedom method (SDOF), which includes the sliding and overturning analysis
3.A sample report of physical blast test for similar solution / supply of containers, verified by third party shall be submitted as proof of experience of supplier / manufacturer in design of blast resistant modular buildings.
