Vendors should pass all the criteria in mandatory section to get evaluation chance in "Scoring Criteria" section.
Technical Criteria Score = 60%
Minimum Qualifying/Passing Score = 40%
Rates to be provided to get the total Contract value for five (05) years

The Contractors performance of the Work shall include the supply of equipment, materials and personnel for the provision of Directional Drilling and Logging While Drilling services in support of the Companies drilling program in the Companies contract areas in Bahrain. The Company reserves the exclusive right to increase, reduce or terminate the level of service required in accordance with the number or rigs deployed and or the requirements of its drilling campaign in its sole discretion.
يجب أن يشمل أداء المقاول للعمل توريد المعدات والمواد والأفراد لتوفير خدمات الحفر الموجه والتسجيل أثناء الحفر لدعم برنامج الحفر الخاص بالشركة في مناطق عقد الشركة في البحرين. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق الحصري في زيادة أو تقليل أو إنهاء مستوى الخدمة المطلوبة وفقًا لعدد الحفارات المنتشرة و أو متطلبات حملة الحفر الخاصة بها وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص.
Mandatory requirements:
1 | Contractor provide /will provide a facility in Bahrain capable of storing, servicing andmaintaining contractor's equipment. |
2 | Contractor shall have an existing facility in GCC capable ofsupporting the company operations in Bahrain as needed. |
3 | Contractor shallhave a remote monitoring system and center capable of support real time operation 24/7. |
4 | ProposedMWD/ LWD/ RSS tools are owned by the contractor and belong to the contractor aspart of their asset (including Maintaining, servicing the tools with theirown technicians) |
5 | Contractorshall have Downhole motors with the following Nominal OD or equivalent : (111/4", 9 5/8", 8", 6 3/4", 4 3/4"). |
6 | Contractorshall have Rotary Steerable System for the following hole sizes: (6”, 6-1/8”, 8-1/2”, 8-3/8”.) |
7 | Contractorshall have collar mounted MWD with the following Nominal OD or equivalent: (91/2", 8 1/4", 6 3/4", 4 3/4") |
8 | Contractorshall have Basic resistivity LWD tool with the following Nominal OD orequivalent: (8 1/4", 6 3/4", 4 3/4", for hole size range14-3/4” - 6”) |
9 | Contractorshall have Basic Bed boundary detection tool with the following Nominal OD orequivalent: ( 6 3/4", 4 3/4") |
10 | Contractorshall have Azimuthal Laterolog Resistivity Image tool with the followingNominal OD or equivalent: ( 6 3/4", 4 3/4") |
11 | Contractor shall have ten (10) years experience inDirectional Drilling, Two (2) of which in GCC. |
