The purpose of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced Security Systems Integrator to provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance services for the integrated security infrastructure. The goal is to ensure 24/7 operational readiness of the Video Management System (VMS), Access Control System (ACS), and associated network and power backup components.

• Microsoft Hyper-V Support for the contract period
• SQL Server and Database Support for the contract period
• Lenovo Server Support for the contract period
• Server Management and Monitoring (Lenovo XClarity Administrator/OP Manager) Application Support & License for the contract period
• UPS System Support for the contract period (APC/EATON)
• UPS Monitoring Application (APC Data Center Expert/EATON Brightlayer Distributed IT) Support for the contract period
