Eskan Bank intends to develop 5 plots at Madinat Salman and total land area Appx. 14,000 SQM with a total built up area of Appx. 5,000 SQM. The scope of work is inclusive of Construction of commercial facilities like waterfront restaurants, fitness center, retail Shops, community shops and supermarket.
Contractors Prequalified and registered, before publishing date or at the publish date of the tender, either with Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning houses under Grade A (Houses category) and under Grade C and above (Apartment Building category) or Ministry of Works construction projects under Grade A and above (valid on the date of the tender submission) are only eligible to participate in this tender.
Contractors must have carried out similar nature projects with the construction projects with the minimum construction Built-up Area of 5,000 sqm and above during the last 5 years only will be eligible to participate in this tender.

يعتزم بنك الإسكان تطوير5 أراضي في مدينة سلمان تقدر المساحة الاجمالية للأراضي ما يقارب 14,000 متر مربع وتقدر مساحة البناء الكلية بـ5,000 متر مربع. و يعتبر نطاق العمل هو بناء مرافق تجارية كمطاعم على واجهة بحرية، مركز لياقة، محلات تجاربة خدمية، سوبرماركت. تقتصر هذه المناقصة على المقاولين المؤهلين مسبقاً قبل أو يوم اصدار المناقصة من درجة A أو اعلى لدى وزارة الاسكان والتخطيط العمراني كمقاول لبناء البيوت أو درجة C أو اعلى لدى وزارة الاسكان والتخطيط العمراني كمقاول لبناء مباني سكنية أو درجة A أو اعلى لدى وزارة الأشغال كمقاول لبناء المشاريع. يتوجب على المقاولين الراغبين بدخول المناقصة ببناء مشاريع لا تقل مساحة بناؤها عن 5,000 متر مربع خلال 5 سنوات الماضية ، وإلا سيتم استبعادهم من المناقصة.
