This RFP has 2 facilities for lease at BRC service station. BRC looking for an established brand for auto care services who have experience for more than 5 branches. This would include that bidder shall have 5 years’ experience with technically sound in similar business. In addition, the bidder shall be able to sell the most popular ranges of lubricant, tires, batteries and spare parts. The scope of the Tenant is to (fit out) re-design, construct, plumbing and electrical works to operate the car care service shop, knowing that the lease term is seven years and the grace period is three months.
