The General Sports Authority (GSA) intends to appoint a legal consultancy firm to provide comprehensive legal advisory services through a qualified and experienced team, including a legal consultant accredited by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The consultant shall also assign a dedicated staff member to be present at GSA’s premises in accordance with the contract requirements.the scope of services includes providing legal advice and opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, supporting claims, arbitration, and mediation matters, representing GSA in meetings and negotiations, reviewing sports-related policies and legislation, translating legal documents, and undertaking any other legal assignments requested by GSA throughout the contract period.
