Sewerage Removal Services contract for 2 years & 1 month (25 months) in the southern area governate for the southern area municipality.
Mandatory Requirement:
Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid without fail. No grace period shall be granted for submission of missing documents related to bidders’ qualification. (SAM AUDIT TEAM HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A VISIT TO VERIFY ANY OF THE BELOW)
· DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
To be completed on Tenderer’s official letter-head paper and submitted with the Form of Tender. Failure to comply will result in the tender being disqualified.
· CERTIFICATE OF INDEPENDENT PRICE DETERMINATION
To be completed on Tenderer’s official letter-head paper and submitted with the Form of Tender. Failure to comply will result in the tender being disqualified.
· The Contractor shall provide a proof of having minimum of (3) Three tankers and above for the municipality, each with minimum capacity of 5000 US Gallon to be engaged at any short notices. Failure to comply will result in the tender being disqualified.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.

عقد خدمات إزالة مياه الصرف الصحي لمدة سنتين وشهر واحد (25 شهرًا) في المنطقة الجنوبية التابعة لبلدية المنطقة الجنوبية.
المتطلبات الإلزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم المستندات الداعمة لاستيفاء المعايير المذكورة أدناه مع العطاء دون أي تأخير. ولن تُمنح أي مهلة لتقديم المستندات الناقصة المتعلقة بمؤهلات مقدم العطاء. (يحق لفريق التدقيق التابع لهيئة إدارة الأصول (SAM) طلب زيارة للتحقق من أي مما يلي):
• إقرار الامتثال:
يُعبأ هذا الإقرار على ورق رسمي يحمل شعار مقدم العطاء ويُقدم مع نموذج العطاء. سيؤدي عدم الامتثال إلى استبعاد العطاء.
• شهادة تحديد السعر المستقل:
تُعبأ هذه الشهادة على ورق رسمي يحمل شعار مقدم العطاء وتُقدم مع نموذج العطاء. سيؤدي عدم الامتثال إلى استبعاد العطاء.
• يجب على المقاول تقديم ما يثبت امتلاكه لما لا يقل عن ثلاث (3) صهاريج مخصصة للبلدية، بحيث تبلغ سعة كل منها 5000 جالون أمريكي كحد أدنى، على أن تكون جاهزة للعمل بمجرد تلقي إشعار بذلك. سيؤدي عدم الامتثال إلى استبعاد العطاء.
يؤدي عدم تقديم أيٍّ من الوثائق المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.
