MYS is in process to publish a tender for construction of new football court, Scope of Work includes the following:
1. Clearing the site of all debris currently located on site, rubbish, general rubber, scrap and removing any lounge surface boulder rock foundation etc..
2. Construction, completion, and maintenance of the new natural grass playground that complies with FIFA standards 68m wide X 105m long playing area, placed in north-south direction. The construction of the grass playing pitch shall include the irrigation system, subsoil drainage system, backfilling, planting, commissioning, and maintenance. It shall also include the electrical and civil works for the installation of the new pole lighting for the football ground. Also, the supplying and fixing of all football field accessories including all related builder’s works.
3. Construction of the new service building, including all related civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior works, etc…
4. Shifting of the existing grandstand from Isa Sports City to site location, including all related builder’s works.
5. All other items as per site plan layout as indicated on drawings such as asphalt, interlock paving bricks, kerb, PVC fence, block work, etc.
All the previous works shall be as per the site layout
• Carry out the finishes and fittings for the buildings and external landscape as per the schedule of finishes and specifications.

Any firm undertaking the work in this section must be engaged in the business of football ground construction and maintenance, drainage & irrigation systems construction with a minimum of five years’ experience. If requested the contractor shall supply a list of all football ground projects completed in the past five years.
