Bidder shall have minimum two (2) years of proven experience in incineration services. To prove his experience Bidder shall submit the following documents:
1. Waste Water Treatment Plant's Bio sludge or similar type of Industrial Waste Incineration having a capacity of Minimum 40 MT per day operated by the Bidder, not by the Sub-Contractor.
2. Bidder shall submit the evidence in any of these forms - Purchase Agreement (PA) copies, Purchase Order (PO) copies OR Client Reference Letters to demonstrate their experience with details of all the contracts undertaken during this time, i.e. Name of Customer, date and duration, details of the scope of work, plant details, experience narratives, location, contact email / telephone of customer(s), and photographs etc.
Bidder shall have minimum of 40 MT/day bio sludge or equivalent industrial waste incineration capacity.
Bidder shall submit the below document as an evidence along with Bid document for verification and confirmation purpose;
1. Plant Configuration and Layout detail.
2. Plant equipment's' capacity details with OEM manuals.
Bidder shall be Supreme council for Environment (SCE) approved company for the below actvities;
1. Sludge waste or similar type of industrial waste handling through incineration facility.
2. Transporter (Own / Sub-contractor) engaged to haulage the sludge from Bapco to Incineration facility, should have valid hazardous Waste transportation Liscence.
