توفير عدد 3 عمال فنيين متخصصين:(فني كهربائي -فني سباكة مياه- فني صيانة عامة) لإجراء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية والعلاجية لكافة مباني مجلس النواب والمتعلقة - بالكهرباء - سباكة المياه - النجارة -الالمنيوم - مضخات المياه - غرف الكهرباء الفرعية - نظام انذار الحريق - طفاياتالحريق – المكيفات المركزية المجزئة– الحواجز الاوتوماتيكية للمواقف وذلك حسب المواصفات والشروط المذكورة في وثيقةالمناقصة (ملحق أ وب).

Provision of 3 specialized technical workers: (electrical technician- water plumbing technician - general maintenance technician) to carry outperiodic, preventive and remedial maintenance for all Parliament buildingsrelated to - electricity - water plumbing - carpentry - aluminum - waterpumps - sub-electrical rooms - fire alarm system - Fire extinguishers - splitcentral air conditioners - automatic parking barriers, according to thespecifications and conditions mentioned in the tender document (Appendix Aand B).

الشروط الالزامية – ملحق (أ):

توفير عدد (3) عمال فنيين في مجال التخصصات التالية وفقا للوصف والمهام فيملحق (ب) : -

-         فني كهربائي.

-         فني سباكة مياه.

-         فني صيانة عامة (صيانة الأبواب الخشبية والنوافذ الالومنيوم وأخرى).

Providing (3) technical workers in the field of the followingspecializations according to the description and tasks in Appendix B:

-               Electrician.

Water plumbing technician.

-General maintenancetechnician (maintenance of wooden doors, aluminium windows, and others).

فترة العمل الأولى من الساعة 6 صباحا إلى الساعة 2 ظهرا، وفترة عملالثانية من الساعة 2 ظهرا إلى الساعة 6 مساءا بواقع 12 ساعة يوميا 6 أيام عمل منالسبت إلى الخميس أسبوعيا ما عدا العطل الرسمية.

The first workperiod is from 6 am to 2 pm, and the second work period is from 2 pm to 6 pm,12 hours per day, 6 working days from Saturday to Thursday per week, exceptfor official holidays.

الخبرة العملية للفنيين:

1.      يجب ألا تقل الخبرةالعملية للفنيين عن 5 سنوات.

2.      لديهم المام تام في مجال العمل ومن ذوي المقدرة والخبرة والكفاءة في اعمال الصيانة المطلوبة.

3.      ملم باللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة.

Practical experience of technicians:

1. The working experience ofthe technicians should not be less than 5 years.

2. They are fullyknowledgeable in the field of work and have the ability, experience andcompetence in the required maintenance work.
