Scope of work (Arabic):
توريد أنابيب للمبادلات الحرارية عالية الجودة، تُلبي معايير المواد والأبعاد والأداء المحددة، كما هو موضح في الملف رقم 1. يجب على مقدم العطاء توفير كمية محددة من الأنابيب، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير مقاومة التآكل والضغط، بالإضافة إلى الشهادات اللازمة ووثائق ضمان الجودة. يجب أن يتوافق التسليم مع المتطلبات المحددة، مع التغليف المناسب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجب على المورد توفير الضمان، إن وجد.
Scope of work (English):
To supply high-quality heat exchanger tubes that meet specified material, dimensional, and performance standards, as specified in File No. 1. The supplier must provide a defined quantity of tubes, ensuring compliance with corrosion resistance and pressure ratings, along with necessary certifications and quality assurance documentation. Delivery must adhere to the specified requirements, with appropriate packaging and labeling. Additionally, the supplier should offer warranty coverage and, if applicable,Mandatory Criteria:
1-Bidder shall confirm compliance with all requirements of Material Specification as per File No. 1 (Specification and Scope of Work)
Notes:

The bidder shall submit all relevant documents with the Bid as the bid evaluation shall be performed based on the documents submitted along with the Bid only.

The bidder must confirm that there are no deviations from the specifications. If any deviations exist, they should be detailed in File No. 1 (Specification and Scope of Work).

Only bids complying with the specifications & scope of work will be considered for 100% commercial evaluation.
•
Bapco Refining reserves the right to award a purchase order based on partial or single bids.
•
If more than one bidder is recommended or technically accepted, the award will be distributed based on the lowest-priced items.
