1. Bidder shall have fabricated and supplied Heat Exchanger(s) in Hydrocarbon service to any Petroleum refinery in the last 10(ten) years.
The Bidder shall provide a list of the executed Purchase Orders meeting the above mandatory criteria. For each of the executed Purchase Orders included in the said list, the following information shall be furnished as a minimum - Purchase Order no. and date
· Brief description of item(s) supplied
· Year of supply
· Contact details of the client
The bid shall be rejected if the Purchase Order list is not provided as specified above, or, provided with incomplete information.
2. Bidder shall confirm compliance with all requirements of the Purchase Specification 038-E-PSP-00001-001 and all attachments thereto (refer Note 2 below)
3. The bidders shall submit the list of their proposed sub-vendors for procurement of raw materials and bought-out items required for fabrication of the items envisaged in the Purchase Specification 038-E-PSP-00001-001.
For each of the proposed sub-vendors, the bidder shall submit the documents as per the list “Documents for Proposed Sub-vendor Evaluation” attached to the above Purchase Specification for Bapco review and approval of the proposed sub-vendor.
If the proposed sub-vendor list, and the required documents (as per the list “Documents for Proposed Sub-vendor Evaluation”) for each of the proposed sub-vendors, are not submitted along with the bid, the bid shall be rejected.
1. The delivery at Bapco Refinery shall be on or before 21st March 2024. Bids not meeting this criteria shall be rejected.
