Scope of Works:
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture is planning to hold the Bahrain Animal and Agricultural Production Show (Maraee 2024). The scope of works includes design, planning, marketing, construction and full production of all requirements for the exhibition, including but not limited to: production of the opening ceremony, live animal shows, agricultural production exhibition and construction of temporary facilities, all in accordance with the requirements mentioned in the document. Mandatory requirements:
The Tenderer shall submit with his Tender the following:
a) “DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE” as set out in the Appendix (to the Form of Tender);
b) “CERTIFICATE OF INDEPENDENT PRICE DETERMINATION” as set out in the
Appendix (to the Form of Tender);
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
The possibility of submitting more than one bid:
The tenderer must submit one price for each of the options mentioned in the tender document.
