The scope of works for this contract shall be the Infrastructure Works for 105 Nos Residential Plots at Dar Kulayb, Block 1048. The works briefly comprise sewerage, storm water drainage, water supply, electricity supply, telephone, street lighting, earthwork, paving and road works. Coordination with local authorities before and during construction works to meet their requirements and to avoid any issues with adoption process.

نطاق الأعمال لهذا العقد يشمل أعمال البنية التحتية لعدد 105 قطعة سكنية في دار كليب، مجمع 1048. وتشمل الأعمال باختصار شبكات الصرف الصحي، وتصريف مياه الأمطار، وإمدادات المياه، وإمدادات الكهرباء، وخدمات الهاتف، وإنارة الشوارع، وأعمال الحفر والردم، والرصف، وأعمال الطرق. كما يتضمن نطاق الأعمال التنسيق مع الجهات المحلية قبل وأثناء تنفيذ الأعمال لضمان تلبية متطلباتهم وتفادي أي مشكلات أثناء عملية الاستلام أو الاعتماد.

Mandatory Requirement:
The Tenderer/Contractor must not have two (2) or more awarded or ongoing infrastructure works contracts with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MOHUP) at the time of tender submission. For the purpose of this requirement, an awarded contract refers to a project for which a Letter of Award has been issued, and an ongoing contract refers to a project for which a Taking-Over Certificate has not yet been issued.,
متطلب إلزامي
يجب ألا يكون لدى مقدم العطاء / المقاول عقدان (2) أو أكثر من عقود أعمال البنية الأساسية الممنوحة أو الجارية مع وزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني وقت تقديم العطاء. ولغرض هذا الشرط، يُقصد بالعقد الممنوح المشروع الذي تم إصدار خطاب الإسناد له، بينما يُقصد بالعقد الجاري المشروع الذي لم يتم إصدار شهادة الاستلام الابتدائي له بعد.
