The Ministry of Education seeks competitive bids for the comprehensive supply, delivery, and installation of durable, high-quality furniture specifically designed for its newly deployed prefabricated modular classroom cabins across multiple school locations. This requirement covers all classroom , all of which must comply with the Ministry’s technical specifications . Bidders must demonstrate logistical capacity for multi site delivery and efficient onsite assembly.
تدعو وزارة التربية والتعليم لتقديم عطاءات تنافسية من أجل التوريد والتسليم والتركيب الشامل للأثاث المتين وعالي الجودة، للكبائن الصفية المسبقة الصنع والوحدات التعليمية المتنقلة في مواقع مدرسية متعددة. يشمل هذا المتطلب جميع أثاث الفصول الدراسية والأثاث الملحق بها، ويجب أن يتوافق كل ذلك مع المواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشروط. ويتوجب على مقدمي العطاءات إظهار القدرة اللوجستية على التسليم إلى مواقع متعددة والتركيب الفعال في الموقع.

- Mandatory standards
- Items that do not conform to the specifications set out in the tender terms will be excluded.
- The bid with a technical warranty period of less than one year from the date of installation, not the date of supply, will be excluded, and the bid with a technical warranty period of no less than one year will be considered.
- The bid in which the period of supply of the items exceeds ninety days will be excluded, and the bid in which the period of supply does not exceed ninety days will be considered.
- The Ministry has the right to exclude bids that do not provide samples, catalogs, or complete explanatory specifications for the items. The Ministry also has the right to exclude bids that do not provide original, full-size samples that meet the required technical specifications on the day the tender box closes, from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

المعايير الإلزامية
- سوف يتم استبعاد الصنف غير المطابق للمواصفات الموضوعة بشروط المناقصة.
- سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن سنة واحدة من تاريخ التركيب وليس التوريد وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن سنة واحدة.
- سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تزيد فيه مدة توفير الأصناف عن تسعين يوماً، وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تزيد فيه مدة التوريد عن تسعين يوماً.
- يحق للوزارة أن تستبعد العطاءات التي لم توفر العينات أو الكتالوجات أو المواصفات التوضيحية الكاملة الخاصة بالأصناف، وكذلك يحق للوزارة أن تستبعد العطاءات التي لم توفر عينات بالحجم الطبيعي طبق الأصل ومطابقة للمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة وذلك في يوم غلق صندوق المناقصة من الساعة 8 صباحاً حتى الساعة 1:30 ظهراً.
