ننطاق العمل:
يشمل نطاق الأعمال مشروع إنشاء مصنع التمور في هورة عالي: إنشاء مصنع ومبنى تخزين وغرفة حارس أمن وسور محيط بالمصنع ومواقف للسيارات وتوريد وتركيب آلات وثلاجات مصنع التمور. يجب على جميع مقدمي العطاءات تقديم خيار واحد إنشاء مصنع التمور فقط وخيار ثاني إنشاء وتشغيل مصنع التمور.
مــــــدة التعاقــــد:
9 أشهر للخيار الأول: بناء المصنع فقط
21 شهر للخيار الثاني: بناء وتشغيل المصنع
Scope of Services:
The scope of works includes the construction of a Date Factory in Howrat A’ali which consists of: Construction of factory, storage building, watchmen room, boundary wall, car parking and supply and installation of date factory machineries and refrigerators. The tenderers must: one option for the Construction of Date Factory only and an option for Construction and operation of Date Factory.
Contract Period:
For option 1 – construction only: 9 months
For option 2 – construction and operation of factory: 21 months
