The University of Bahrain is the largest higher education institution in the kingdom with more than 30,000 students/stakeholders and over 1000 staff members. The university includes three campuses which are in Sakhir, Isa Town and Salamaniya. The university would like to develop a solution to improve the engagement with students while also streamlining the whole process of classroom attendance including workshops, events, and students’ related services. The application will utilize both a web-based and mobile attendance tracking that will be personalized and includes push notifications and in-app banners to improve communication with students and target audience. The app will also include other features such indoor and outdoor campus map location/direction. The bid includes strict mandatory requirements for participating solutions providers. Some of the conditions are as follows: having developed at least 10 major software development/mobile Apps projects that are over BD 30,000 in the last five years, provide evidence of satisfactory completion from previous clients, 10 qualified staff members and valid quality assurance certificate and comprehensive experience in mobile App and web development and provide audited financial statements. Consortium bidders need to provide evidence of average turnover of 80,000 in the last three years.
تعد جامعة البحرين أكبر مؤسسة للتعليم العالي في المملكة وتضم أكثر من 30000 طالب وطالبة وأكثر من 1000 موظف. تضم الجامعة ثلاثة مواقع في الصخير ومدينة عيسى والسلمانية. ترغب الجامعة في تطوير التفاعل مع الطلاب عن طريق تطبيق يمكنها من الحصول على معلومات كحضور الفصول الدراسية، حضور ورش العمل والفعاليات ومختلف الخدمات المتعلقة بالطلاب.
سيستخدم التطبيق لتتبع الحضور عبر الإنترنت والهاتف المحمول ويجب أن يتضمن خاصية إرسال الإشعارات وعرض الإعلانات داخل التطبيق وذلك لتحسين التواصل مع الطلاب والجمهور المستهدف. كما يجب أن يشمل التطبيق مميزات مثل تحديد الموقع وتوفير الاتجاه عبر خريطة الحرم الجامعي الداخلي والخارجي.
يتضمن العطاء متطلبات إلزامية صارمة لمقدمي العطاءات كالتالي: ما لا يقل عن 10 مشاريع تطوير برمجيات / تطبيقات جوال رئيسية تزيد قيمتها عن 30000 دينار بحريني في السنوات الخمس الماضية ، تقديم الأدلة على إنجاز مرض من العملاء السابقين ، أن يكون للشركة ما لا يقل عن 10 موظفين مؤهلين وشهادة ضمان جودة صالحة و خبرة شاملة في تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول والويب وتقديم البيانات المالية المدققة للشركة. يتعين على مقدمي العطاءات التابعين لاتحاد شركات من تقديم دليل على متوسط معدل الدوران لرأس المال لا تقل عن 80000 دينار بحريني في السنوات الثلاث الماضية.
