Bidder Company or Consortium requirement:
i. Primary Bidder of an individual company or a consortium must be a local company (including GCC) and registered in Bahrain or GCC countries.
ii. Individual company or one of the consortium members is engaged in the business of solar PV energy;
iii. In the case of consortium, the members may consist of International companies, provided that they are not the Primary Bidder.
Project Testimonial Requirements:
i. Bidders must have successfully commissioned at least five (5) grid-tied solar PV projects on a turnkey basis (out of which at least one (1) is Solar PV carpark project) in the last 5 Years in any country globally (cumulative over allmembers in the case of a consortium).
ii. Bidders must have successfully commissioned at least 2.5 MWac grid-tied solarPV projects on a turnkey basis in the last 5 Years in any country globally(cumulative over all members in the case of a consortium).
