The Contractor’s performance of the Work shall include the supply of equipment, materials and personnel for foam injection for a total of seven (7) wells as a pilot on call-off basis in the Company’s contract areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain . The service shall include nitrogen, chemical and foam injection including the following potential activities on a call-out basis 1) design and execute the foam injection pilot 2) design the recommended stimulation treatment recipe based on well data 3) provide the expected oil gain from the treatment based on its field experience 4) provide all the required materials including chemical additives for stimulation treatment based on designed recipe as agreed. 5) provide all the equipment required for preparation of various treatment fluids and for injection at the wellsite 6) provide all necessary manpower including for job supervision at well site. The contract duration shall be for 3 years.

يجب أن يشمل أداء المقاول للعمل توريد المعدات والمواد والموظفين لحقن الرغوة لما مجموعه سبعة (7) آبار كتجربة تجريبية على أساس الاستدعاء في مناطق عقد الشركة في مملكة البحرين. يجب أن تشمل الخدمة حقن النيتروجين والمواد الكيميائية والرغوة بما في ذلك الأنشطة المحتملة التالية على أساس الاستدعاء 1) تصميم وتنفيذ المشروع التجريبي لحقن الرغوة 2) تصميم وصفة المعالجة التحفيزية الموصى بها بناءً على بيانات البئر 3) توفير مكاسب النفط المتوقعة من المعالجة على أساس خبرتها الميدانية 4) توفير جميع المواد المطلوبة بما في ذلك المضافات الكيميائية للمعالجة التحفيزية على أساس الوصفة المصممة حسب الاتفاق. 5) توفير جميع المعدات اللازمة لإعداد سوائل المعالجة المختلفة والحقن في موقع البئر 6) توفير جميع القوى العاملة اللازمة بما في ذلك الإشراف على العمل في موقع البئر. وتكون مدة العقد 3 سنوات.

Mandatory Requirements: Bidder shall comply with all the mandatory requirements under this tender, including but not limited to the following:

1. TheBidder has a minimum of 5 year experience in the Middle East region forthe provision of foam injection in thermal and non-thermal fields
2. TheBidder has the capability to provide the required services independently.
3. Thirdparty services required by the Bidder are limited to maximum 10% of thecontract scope with an authorization letter to proceed.
4. Bidderhas foam injection treatment in heavy and light oil activities currentlyin the Middle East region
5. Meetsapplicable HSE requirements, to submit a copy of their Company's HSE Planincluding Skill / HSE Training Matrix, updated contractor organizationchart and HSE Policy signed by contractor management.
6. Bidderhas completed the QAQC Questionnaire with acceptable responses andsupported with necessary documents as evidences.
