This tender is to implement Print as a Service in iGA. A total of 21, Color A3 MFPs to be installed across four locations (Juffair, Isa Town, Al Barsha Muharraq and Seef-Mall Muharraq). A good management software for these printers also required. With the help of print management software, we can proactively find and troubleshoot issues, Manage & control user access and can also have better monitoring and reporting capabilities.

-The company must have implemented enterprise level Managed Print Services Solutions (minimum of 20+ machines) in Bahrain at least three times in the past 4 years -Compliance to the Scope of Work and Requirements in the RFP
