The bidder must provide Software Licenses/Subscriptions and SoftwareAssurance for all Microsoft Products listed in the RFP. |
The bidder must bea Microsoft authorized Licensing Solution Provider/Partner (LSP) in Kingdomof Bahrain, for the provision of MS Software licenses, Software Assurance andfulfill Enterprise Agreement (EA) to customers of Volume Licensing Programs.Bidders must provide documentary evidence issued by Microsoft. |
Unlimited on-sitesupport for incidents and requests relating to the scope of work |
Atleast one dedicated on-site certified resource to provide support forMicrosoft products for 6 days a week (8.5 hours per day) |
