Tender Description (English):
Tender is for the provision of Diesel Tanker Services for delivery of Diesel at various Company locations within the Kingdom of Bahrain, on a daily basis. Contractor shall take delivery of Diesel purchased by Company from the designated terminal, transport and deliver to the Company. Also, the supply of equipment, materials, personnel and services for complete performance of the work.

المناقصة تتعلق بتوفير خدمات ناقلات الديزل لتوصيل الديزل في مواقع الشركة المختلفة داخل مملكة البحرين، بشكل يومي. يجب على المقاول استلام الديزل الذي اشترته الشركة من المحطة المعينة ونقله وتسليمه إلى الشركة. بالإضافة إلى توفير المعدات والمواد والأفراد والخدمات اللازمة لأداء العمل بشكل كامل.
- Mandatory Criteria:
A. Compliance to Requirements Pertaining to Experience, Certifications, Technical Submittal:
A1. Contractor to provide one (1) diesel tanker of minimum 11,000 Liters capacity.
A2. Contractor to provide the tanker dedicated for Company operations on 24x7 basis throughout the Contract term.
A3. Contractor to provide trained / experienced driver with valid driver's license and certifications.
A4. Contractor to provide valid certificate from BAPCO to carry out diesel tanker services
A5. Diesel tanker to have all applicable statutory approvals as per the laws of kingdom of Bahrain.
A6. The tanker shall be installed with GPS tracking facility (In Vehicle Monitoring System – IVMS)
B. HSE Mandatory Evaluation:
B1. Meets applicable HSE requirements, to submit a copy of their Company's HSE Plan including Skill / HSE Training Matrix, updated contractor organization chart and HSE Policy signed by contractor management.
B2. HSE Representative- Shall have in their full-time employment as part of their overhead structure, a NEBOSH or equivalent qualified Safety Officer with five (5) years of previous work experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry. HSE Organization chart shall be submitted.
