NBR requests a vendor’s support to provide policy advisory services to enable the successful implementation of a nationwide digitization program, including a gap assessment of the legal framework elements and relevant policy positions.
متطلبات إلزامية:
يحق للجهاز أن يستبعد أي مقدم عطاء لا يستوفي أيًا من المتطلبات الإلزامية التالية:
• يجب أن يمتلك مقدم العطاء الخبرة في مجال الفوترة الإلكترونية، والسياسات والتشريعات الضريبية
• يجب على مقدم العطاء استيفاء كافة المتطلبات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة
Mandatory requirements:
NBR maintains the right to disqualify any bidder that does not meet any of the below mandatory criteria:
· Bidders possessing relevant experience in the field of E-invoicing, and taxation policies and legislation
· Bidders addressing all the RFP requirements/deliverables as part of their scope of work
(It is a Two envelope tender. The technical response should not include any prices. Technical response will be opened first and bids that pass the cutoff point will be evaluated Financially)
