SOFTWARE UPGRADE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ASPEN ONELINER
The tender covers upgrading and supporting ASPEN OneLiner used by Bahrain’s EWA for protection studies, relay coordination, and fault analysis. As the current version is outdated, the upgrade restores modern tools, relay libraries, and support. Work includes new licenses, dongle maintenance, CIM and EDX modules, plus training for engineers. Deliverables include installation, documentation, and certification. The upgrade enhances accuracy, decision-making, interoperability, and ensures network reliability, safety, and compliance with best practices.

تهدف المناقصة إلى ترقية ودعم برنامج آسبن وان لاينر المستخدم لدى هيئة الكهرباء والماء لتنفيذ دراسات الحماية وتنسيق المرحلات وتحليل الأعطال، نظراً لقدم النسخة الحالية وعدم توفر الدعم. يشمل العمل توفير تراخيص جديدة، صيانة الدونجلز الخاصة بالبرنامج، إضافة الوحدات التالية للبرنامج سي آي إم وإي دي إكس، وتدريب المهندسين على الاستخدام الفعّال. تسهم الترقية في تحسين دقة الدراسات، تسريع اتخاذ القرار، وتعزيز موثوقية وأمان الشبكة والتكامل مع الأنظمة الأخرى
