Bapco Upstream is publishing Pre-qualification invitation for the Pre-qualification for the Vibration Monitoring System. The scope of work for the Manufacturer with respect to the Vibration Monitoring System shall include but not limited to submitting all required documents along with the pre-qualification application as per Datasheet for Vibration sensor and transmitter, applicant (Manufacturer) has provided details of Authorized Distributor/Product Agent in Bahrain or within GCC. Appointing Agency letter shall be provided. If Applicant (Manufacturer) does not have an Agent in Bahrain or within GCC then Applicant has provide in writing that No Authorized Agent in Bahrain or within GCC.  Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm to provide vendor data filled in to Instrument datasheets in ISF format (*.isf) for SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) Or Company specified Excel format. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm in writing that offered Vibration sensor and transmitter model is not obsolete and the same will not become obsolete in the next 5 years. Applicant (Manufacturer) has confirmed in writing that offered Vibration sensor and transmitter model is supported for minimum of 10 Years from date of commissioning or PO placement whichever is later.  Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm that suibtable for wireless HART communication protocol shall be provided for Vibration transmitter. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm compliance to Data Sheet for Vibration sensor and transmitter & attachments. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall submit technical Deviations / alternatives (If any)  in the deviation form attached as per tender package. Deviations mentioned elsewhere will not be accepted. Technical Deviations / alternatives shall be submitted along with justification. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall submit deviation list with "NO DEVIATION" mark in case of no deviation. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall provide the proof of evidence of manufacturer's previous experience for manufacture and supply of Vibration sensor and transmitter as per datasheet (minimum 5 Years). Applicant (Manufacturer) to submit reference/experience list indicating purchaser/client, type, size, year of installations, location, environmental conditions similar to GCC, total years of experience and service. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm that all electrical equipment/Instruments, part of Vibration transmitter to be installed in field are suitable for installation in hazardous area and certified by approved authorities (ATEX) for minimum Zone 2 Hazardous area classification. Applicant (Manufacturer) has submitted Hazardous area classification certificate as a proof of evidence. Applicant (Manufacturer) shall confirm that the Vibration sensor and transmitter is suitable for installation in outdoor dusty hot environmental conditions (Complying to Ingress Protection mentioned in the Datasheet) and suitable to operate continuously under the outdoor ambient conditions with air temperature (Outdoor shade temp - Max 140 Deg F) without any degradation of performance. Applicant (Manufacturer) to indicate Max. operating temperature. Applicant (Manufacturer) is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Applicant (Manufacturer) has submitted the valid Certificate as per the requirements.
