Mandatory Requirements:
- It is mandatory to state the country of origin of the Item.
- Meeting specified guarantee period is mandatory (36 months).
- Non-submission of mandatory documents will render the offer null and void (rejected):
* A valid type test report according to the specification requirements and relevant IEC Publications or approved international standards. The offered materials should be within the range of approval of the submitted type test.
* The technical schedules must be fully completed and returned as part of the tender documents, along with the sealing ends drawing, to check and confirm compatibility with the cable head box in addition to cable compatibility.
* The third-party inspection must be included in the offer to witness the factory tests, check, approve the packing list, and submit the inspection report supported with pictures prior to the material shipment.
