Project Brief:
The project include civil and structural maintenance works such as internal and external painting, cracks repair, repair of ceilings and floorings, repair and replacement of doors and windows and renovation of toilets. In addition to the above, the mechanical works such as development of water networks, replacement of water tanks and electrical works such as additional electrical power room, replacement of distribution boards, lights, and all associated works

يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المدنية والإنشائية مثل الصباغة الداخلية والخارجية وصيانة التشققات وإصلاح الأسقف والأرضيات وإصلاح أو استبدال الأبواب والنوافذ وتجديد دورات المياه. بالإضافة إلى الأعمال الميكانيكية مثل تطوير شبكات المياه واستبدال خزانات المياه والأعمال الكهربائية مثل اعادة تأهيل غرفة الكهرباء واستبدال لوحات التوزيع الكهربائية والمصابيح وغيرها من الأعمال

يتوجب على المتقدمين بالعطاءات تسليم وتعبأة وختم كافة المعلومات الواردة والمطلوبة و الملاحق في وثائق المناقصة من دون أي شروط.
سيكون المتقدم بالعطاء مستبعد من التقييم، في حال تمت الترسية للشركة بعدد (6) ستة مناقصات للصيانة الشاملة للمدارس الحكومية.
