MANDATORY CRITERIA
The bidder must meet each of the following mandatory criteria and submit
documentary evidence in support of each of the criteria listed below. The bidder
who does not meet any one of these criteria will be disqualified and will not be
considered for award of contract.
A. The bidder shall provide a copy of MOW Grade certificate.
B. Bidders shall provide Ministry of Works registration as a building construction
project Grade AA, A, B or C.
C. Bidders shall subcontract the fuel service station scope of work to a contractor
within proven experience of 10 years.
D. Bidders (not the associate or the collaborator) shall have the required experience
as a main contractor for building a service station.
E. Fuel system works must be executed by a specialized contractor approved to
carry such works from BAPCO with relevant previous experience. The contractor
must obtain the company approval before the appointment of the specialized fuel
system contractor.
F. Electrical & Mechanical works must be executed by a experience contractor
approved to carry such works with petrol station relevant previous experience.
The contractor must obtain the company approval before the appointment of the
experience Electrical & Mechanical contractor.
