Mandatory Requirements
1-Valid CRPEP License under the Category mentioned in the Tender Advertisement
2- Design Centre/Office in Bahrain
The tenderer to provide a copy of the following:
a) Picture of office facilities,
b) Recent EWA or Telecommunication Bills
3- Firm Highway Design Experience
· The Tenderer has to provide evidence of one completed design project for a 3-4 lane dual carriageway of at least 2km length within last 5 years.
4- Firm Bridge Design Experience
· The Tenderer has to provide evidence of one completed design project for Flyover within last 5 years.
5- Average Annual Turnover
· must be at least USD 3 Million in the past 3 years

Project brief in English
MOW intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firm to undertake detailed feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, provide tender assistance services to MOW for widening of Riffa Avenue. Existing 2 lane dual carriageway of Riffa Avenue (from Riffa Clock Tower roundabout to Muasker Highway) should be designed to have minimum 4 lanes through traffic in both directions.
Project scope involves design of grade separator at the Junction of Riffa Avenue and Al Muaskar Highway, grade separated U-turns at 2 junctions including 4 footbridges. The Consultant shall undertake feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design for road, storm drainage and structures, street lighting, road marking ,utility coordination and provide tender assistance services for the project

تعتزم وزارة الأشغال تعيين شركة استشاري هندسي ذات خبرة دولية واسعة في أعمال الطرق ، وذلك لإعداد دراسة جدوى فنية متكاملة لأعمال توسعة وتطويرشارع الرفاع الحالي هو شارع مزدوج ذو مسارين في كل اتجاه (يمتد من دوار الساعة إلى شارع المعسكر)،ولكن سيتم تصميم الشارع للحصول على 4 مسارات في كل اتجاه على الأقل. ويشمل المشروع على تحويل تقاطع شارع الرفاع مع شارع المعسكر إلى تقاطع بمستويات منفصلة (جسور/أنفاق)، واضافة جسرين للدوران العكسي في التقاطعات، بالإضافة إلى أربعة جسور للمشاة. سيقوم الاستشاري المعني بالاعمال التالية: دراسة جدوى ( feasibility study) ، إعداد التصاميم الأولية والتفصيلية للمشروع، أعداد التصاميم الخاصة بشبكة تصريف مياه الامطار بما يتبعها من مباني، أعمال الانارة، العلامات المرورية والارشادية، التنسيق من القطاعات الخدمية الأخرى، وتقديم خدمات المساعدة فيما يخص مناقصة المشروع
