نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
يشار إلى الأعمال باسم " تشجير و تجميل شارع رقم 6151 بمنطقة الجنبية بمجمع 561"
والتي تتكون مما يلي " ، وأعمال المناظر الطبيعية الناعمة، نظام شبكة الري، غرفة المضخة،
خزان مياه الري وغيرها من الأعمال المرتبطة بها.

الشركات المؤهلة:
يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء موافقة/ترخيص تأهيل مسبق ساري المفعول للفئة
المذكورة أدناه من "وزارة الأشغال" قبل تاريخ نشر المناقصة. المناقصون
بدون موافقة / ترخيص صالح للتأهيل المسبق، سيتم استبعاد الترخيص منتهية الصلاحية.
وزارة الأشغال التأهيل المسبق لمشاريع تشييد المباني من الدرجة E و
أعلاه (أي "AA"، "A"، "B"، "C"، "D"، "E") أو
التأهيل المسبق لمشاريع تنسيق الحدائق من الدرجات C و
أعلاه (أي "AA"، "A"، "B"، "C")
متطلبات الزامية:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إعلان الامتثال (Appendix C) و شهادة تحديد السعر المستقل
(Appendix D) موقعين و مختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم جدول الرسومات موقع ومختوم
(المدرج في القسم 1 من وثائق المناقصة) من قبل الممثل المعتمد للشركة للإقرار بأن عطاءه المقدم
يتوافق مع النطاق والمتطلبات وفقاً للرسومات الصادرة في نظام المناقصات الالكتروني بما في ذلك
أي تعديلات على الرسومات الصادرة بموجب إضافات العطاء (ان وجدت) تُقبل أيضًا مجموعة
الرسومات الكاملة الموقعة/المختومة كبديل لجدول الرسومات الموقع/المختوم.
سيؤدي عدم تقديم أي من المستندات المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.

Scope of Work:
The Works shall be referred to as the “Planting and Beautification of Road No. 6151 Janabiya Area Block 561” which comprises of the following “Soft Landscaping works, Irrigation Network System, Pump Room, Irrigation Water Tank and other associated works.
Contract Period:
3 Months
Prequalified Contractors:
The Tenderer must have a valid prequalification approval / license for the category
mentioned below from “Ministry of Works” before the Tender Publish Date. Tenderers
without a valid prequalification approval / license or expired license will be disqualified.
Ministry of Works Prequalification for Building Construction Projects Grades E and
above (i.e. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C” “D” “E” ) OR
Prequalification for Landscaping Projects Grades C and
above (i.e. “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”)
Mandatory requirements:
The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D) signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
The Tenderer must submit signed and stamped Schedule of Drawings (included within Section 1 of the Tender Documents) by the Authorized Representative of the Company to declare that his submitted Tender is in accordance with the scope and requirements as per the Drawings issued in the Bahrain Tender Board E-Tendering system including any Drawing amendments issued under Tender Addenda (if any). Signed / stamped Full Set of Drawings are also acceptable as an alternative to the signed / stamped Schedule of Drawings.
Failure to submit either one of the above documents will result in disqualification of the Tender.
