On the occasion of Bahraini Youth Day, celebrated annually on March 25, Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi, Secretary General of the Bahrain Tender Board, highlighted the vital role of Bahraini youth in driving development and innovation. He praised the significant support provided by the wise leadership to this segment, describing youth as the primary driver of the Kingdom’s future.

 

Eng. Al Alawi stated: “The Bahrain Tender Board is proud to be a key supporter of Bahraini youth. We are committed to empowering them and providing a stimulating work environment that offers opportunities for professional development and career growth. We believe in their abilities and potential, and we work to equip them with the knowledge and expertise that strengthen their role in advancing the government procurement sector and promoting the principles of integrity and transparency.”

 

He added: “The Board pays special attention to its young employees by offering specialised training programmes and clear career paths that enhance their efficiency and enable them to contribute effectively to achieving the Board’s goals. We firmly believe that they represent the foundation on which we can build a brighter and more prosperous future.”

 

Eng. Al Alawi concluded with a message of appreciation to the youth of Bahrain, encouraging them to continue working diligently, seizing available opportunities to advance their careers, and contributing to the realisation of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
