Tender Description

The project consists of full renovation of the toilets and ablution areas with redivision the working area to create more spaces and construct new electrical room, store and VIP toilet. Maintenance work includes civil and structural works such as painting, cracks repair, replacement of ceilings and floorings, walls, replacement of doors and windows. In addition to the above, mechanical works such as Replacement of AC and ventilation System, replacement of water tanks and electrical works such as additional electrical power room, replacement of distribution boards, lights, and all associated works.

NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid
