| Tenderers intending toparticipate in this tender shall be Consulting Engineer offices registeredwith Valid CRPEP under Category A. Also, registered Tenderersunder CRPEP Category A who fulfilled below inquires: 1. Valid CRPEP License under theCategory mentioned in the Tender Advertisement 2. Design Centre/Office in Bahrain The tenderer toprovide a copy of the following: a) Picture ofoffice facilities, b) Local Addressand c) Recent EWA andTelecommunication Bills 3. Firm Experience Completed Three (3) major highwayprojects (each with a value more than USD 100M) in the last 10 years as anIndependent Consultant while complying with the followingadditional requirements: · At least one (1) majorhighway/bridge/grade separator/marine bridge project in the GCC/MENA Region; · At least one (1) major highway/bridge/grade separator/marine bridgeproject implemented either as ‘Design-Build’ contract or Public PrivatePartnership (PPP) contract in the GCC/MENA Region or elsewhere across theWorld. · Scope of works involve comprehensive feasibility studies, preliminaryand detail design consultancy services for multi-lane highways of at least10km length with grade separators/interchanges/ marine bridges; reclamation/dredging and marine protection works; ITS, user charging/tolling and otherinfrastructure; 4. Average Annual Turnover mustbe at least USD 100 Million in the past 5 years. Incase of joint venture, it is mandatory that each partner of the joint venturemust have average annual turnover of at least USD 30Million in the past 5years. |
