The General Services and Central Stores Directorate would like to purchase the following to be used by Electricity Transmission Directorate: 1. JOINT, INSULATED, 220 KV FOR SINGLE CORE 800 SQMM COPPER CONDUCTOR, LEAD SHEATH, XLPE CABLE WITH NOMINAL INSULATION THICKNESS 23-23MM. QTY: 15 EA. 2. JOINT, INSULATED, 220 KV FOR SINGLE CORE 800 SQMM COPPER CONDUCTOR LEAD SHEATH CABLE for 23-20MM THICKNESS. QTY: 12 EA. 3. JOINT, STRAIGHT, PREMOLDED, FOR 66KV, XLPE, 1 CORE, 800 SQMM, AL CONDUCTOR, LEAD SHEATHED CABLE. QTY: 21 EA. 4. Regardless of the format chosen, all information specified in the EWA Technical Schedules must be included. · Detailed Drawings: Detailed dimensional drawings clearly illustrating the product's dimensions to check and confirm the compatibility by EWA. · Stress Relief Control (Joint Body): The offered joint drawings and schedules shall specify the inner diameter bore and suitable diameter range for the prepared cable XLPE insulation or insulation screen outer diameter. EWA retains the discretion to reject any materials that do not meet the compatibility requirements, even if such materials comply with international standards. · The Factory Test Inspection/Witnessing: The bidder must incorporate a third-party inspection or EWA representatives witnessing into their offered unit price. This inspection shall verify factory tests, approve packing lists, and generate a detailed inspection report complete with supporting images prior to shipment. · Delivery Period: The proposed delivery timeline must be clearly specified within the offer. · Joints: All joints must be supplied complete and compatible with the specified 220kV XLPE cable. |
