The objective of this tender is to source disposable cutlery that will be used for Economy Class. The procurement of these products is to ensure a consistent supply of high-standard products offered on board that meet Gulf Air’s standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Proposals with no samples will be disqualified, all samples to be delivered directly to Procurement Department at Gulf Air Headquarters, Wing A, before the closing date of the tender.
2. Samples received that do not comply with the scope of work will be disqualified.
3. Supplier must mention the delivery point. Suppliers who do not comply with the below delivery mode will be disqualified:
o Local suppliers to deliver directly to Gulf Air Store
o Any delivery mode to Bahrain is acceptable
o Ex-works delivery terms are not accepted

هدف هذا العطاء هو الحصول على أدوات مائدة قابلة للتصرف سيتم استخدامها للدرجة الاقتصادية. تهدف عملية شراء هذه المنتجات إلى ضمان توافر مستمر لمنتجات عالية الجودة مقدمة على متن الطائرة والتي تلبي معايير الخطوط الجوية
الخليجية للجودة والكفاءة من حيث التكلفة.
المتطلبات الإلزامية:
1. ستُرفض العروض التي لا تحتوي على عينات، ويجب تسليم جميع العينات مباشرة إلى إدارة المشتريات في المقر الرئيسي للخطوط الجوية الخليجية، الجناح أ، قبل تاريخ إغلاق المناقصة.
2. العينات المستلمة التي لا تتوافق مع نطاق العمل ستُرفض.
3. يجب على المورد ذكر نقطة التسليم. الموردون الذين لا يلتزمون بأسلوب التسليم الموضح أدناه سيُرفضون:
o على الموردين المحليين التسليم مباشرة إلى مخزن الخطوط الجوية الخليجية
o أي طريقة توصيل إلى البحرين مقبولة
o شروط التسليم ex-works غير مقبولة
